Straightforward terms for consultations and workshop repairs. By booking, you agree to these terms of business.
Quotes & bookings
All work is quoted after assessment of the vehicle and damage. A free consultation does not commit you to a booking. Once a quote is accepted, any deposit or booking confirmation details will be agreed in writing (including email or text).
Workshop repairs
Repairs are carried out at our Huntingdon workshop (8 Kingfisher Court, Kingfisher Way, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, PE29 6AA). Collection and drop-off arrangements can be discussed when booking. We aim for clear timescales and will update you if a job needs longer to finish to the right standard.
Vehicle condition & parts
Additional parts, panels or materials required beyond the original quote will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. We take care of every vehicle as if it were our own — please remove personal valuables before drop-off.
We accept BACS payments. For questions about a quote, timescale or insurance / non-fault claims support, contact the team before work begins.
